Founded in 1989, Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) has become the European leader in leisure activities, operating the largest ski resorts in the French Alps (La Plagne, Les Arcs, Tignes, Val d'Isère, Méribel, Flaine...) as well as highly renowned amusement parks across Europe (France Miniature, Park Astérix, Grévin Paris, Walibi Holland, Chaplin's Worls, Futuroscope, Walibi Rhône-Alpes, Walibi Belgium, Family Park, Bellewaerde). WIth the acquisation of MMV, the second-largest hotel operator in the French Alps, in October 2022, the Group has also become a key player in mountain accommodation.
