Règlement intérieur du parc

France Miniature

"France Miniature" refers to all the attractions, theatres, queues, restaurants, shops, sanitary facilities, visitor car parks, access roads, walkways, rest areas or restaurants, ponds, green spaces, and in general all the installations, infrastructures and equipment operated on the France Miniature site by the company France MINIATURE (hereinafter "France MINIATURE") and/or its service providers.

By entering the France Miniature Park, customers of the France Miniature Park, service providers, suppliers and any person authorized by France MINIATURE (hereinafter referred to together or separately as "Visitors") unconditionally and unreservedly accept all of the rules set forth in these internal regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Internal Regulations").

France MINIATURE reserves the right to refuse access to the France Miniature Park to Visitors who do not respect these rules, or to expel them for the same reasons, without France MINIATURE being held liable in this respect. Consequently, no indemnity and/or compensation of any kind whatsoever will be due to these Visitors and there will be no reimbursement of the access ticket or any other expenses incurred by them. France MINIATURE reserves the right to take any action against these Visitors.

ARTICLE 1. ACCESS TO THE FRANCE MINIATURE PARK

1.1 Access ticket

Any person wishing to access the Parc France Miniature must be the bearer of an access ticket, free or paying, physical or dematerialised, valid for the Parc de France Miniature. The access ticket must be kept throughout the visit to the France Miniature Park. The eponymous Company reserves the right to ask Visitors to produce their admission ticket at any time during their visit. Any printout of a pass made from a personal printer must, in order to be valid, be in A4 format. Any partial or incomplete printout will not allow the Visitor to enter the France Miniature Park.

Visitors who wish to leave the Parc France Miniature for a short time during their day of visit must first contact the Parc France Miniature exit control reception staff. To re-enter the Parc France Miniature during the same day, they must show the Parc France Miniature access control reception staff the stamp that will have been previously affixed to their arm during their temporary exit. If they fail to do so, they will no longer be authorised to access the Parc France Miniature on that day. France MINIATURE will not be held liable in any way for this and no indemnity and/or compensation of any kind whatsoever will be due to these Visitors and no reimbursement will be made for the admission ticket or any other expenses incurred by them.

France MINIATURE reserves the right to refuse access to the France Miniature Park to Visitors, regardless of the access ticket they hold (dated ticket, undated ticket, season pass, etc.), if the maximum number of Visitors set by France MINIATURE for the day is reached. France MINIATURE will not be held responsible in any way for this and no indemnity and/or compensation of any kind whatsoever will be due to these Visitors and no refund will be made for the admission ticket or any other expenses incurred by them.

1.2 Minors

Minors must be accompanied by an adult in order to purchase an admission ticket and gain access to the France Miniature Park. Minors are and remain under the sole responsibility of their parents and/or accompanying adults for the entire time they are present in the Parc France Miniature. Parents and guardians of minors must conscientiously fulfil their obligation to supervise minors. In this context, they assume responsibility for all damage caused by these minors.

1.3. Animals

Animals are not permitted in the France Miniature Park. Visitors are strongly advised not to leave any animal in their vehicle during their visit to the Park. The Park reserves the right to call in the competent authorities if it considers that the animal's health is affected by this situation. Only assistance dogs are allowed in the Park. They must be kept on a lead and in the care of their owner.

ARTICLE 2. PRIORITY ACCESS

Special facilities have been set up in the Parc France Miniature to make it easier for people with disabilities to get around. Details of access for the disabled are available from Parc France Miniature staff and on the Parc France Miniature website (www.franceminiature.en).

People holding a valid disability card can benefit from easier access to attractions, theatres, restaurants, rest areas or points of sale, on presentation of the original of this card to Parc France Miniature staff.

ARTICLE 3. SANITARY MEASURES

Visitors undertake to comply with the health rules laid down by the public authorities and/or France MINIATURE.

These rules can be consulted on the France Miniature Park website (www.franceminiature.en) and at the Park reception desk, where applicable.

Any Visitor who contravenes these rules will be refused access to the Park or will be expelled. France MINIATURE will not be held liable in any way for this and no compensation and/or indemnity of any kind whatsoever will be due to these Visitors and no refund will be made for the admission ticket or any other expenses incurred by them.

ARTICLE 4. TRAFFIC AND PARKING

4.1. Pedestrian traffic in the Parc France Miniature

Visitors are prohibited from walking outside the roads, alleys and areas open to the public in the Parc France Miniature and in particular :

- In areas closed to the public by a fence, barrier, chain, gate, sign indicating "Forbidden" or "Private" or any other equipment indicating that the area is not accessible to the public;
- In the premises allocated to the non-public services of the Parc France Miniature, even if these are left temporarily open;
- In accesses reserved for emergency services (fire brigade, ambulance, police). Visitors are prohibited from parking in front of an emergency exit

The ground in the France Miniature Park may be slippery, particularly due to weather conditions (rain, black ice, snow, etc.). Visitors must exercise caution and vigilance when moving around the Parc France Miniature. Visitors are strongly advised to wear non-slip shoes and not to walk fast or run.

4.2. France Miniature Park visitor car parks

Traffic on the access roads to the Parc France Miniature and in the car parks must comply with the French Highway Code (in particular, compliance with speed limits, priorities, etc.). On arrival at the Parc France Miniature, Visitors must park their vehicles in the parking spaces provided for this purpose in the visitor car parks. Access to the France Miniature Park visitor car parks is strictly reserved for Park Visitors. HGVs with a tonnage exceeding 3.5 tonnes and which are not used for tourism purposes are not allowed in the visitor car parks (except with prior written authorisation from France MINIATURE).

The staff car park is strictly reserved for Parc France Miniature staff and/or service providers, to the exclusion of all Visitors.

Vehicle access to the visitor car parks is subject to the purchase by Visitors of parking tokens at the park entrance desks, which may not be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or in return for payment.

The parking token entitles the Visitor to enter and leave the Parc France Miniature's visitor car parks once only. All exits from the visitor car parks are final.

Visitors must strictly comply with the instructions of France MINIATURE staff, in particular so as not to hinder traffic in the visitor car parks.

The duration of parking in the visitor car parks is limited to the duration of the Visitor's presence in the Parc France Miniature and will automatically end at the Parc France Miniature's closing time. Any vehicle left beyond the closing time of the Visitor car parks will be considered abandoned.

In the event of non-compliance with the parking rules set out above, France MINIATURE reserves the right to remove and impound the vehicles concerned, at the expense and risk of their owners.

Visitors' attention is drawn to the fact that the Parc France Miniature's visitor car parks are not guarded. The price of the parking pass only covers the provision of a parking space for the duration of the Visitor's presence in the Parc France Miniature, and in no way guarantees the custody and surveillance of the vehicle concerned. It is therefore the Visitor's responsibility not to leave any valuables in their vehicle. France MINIATURE may not under any circumstances be held responsible for any damage caused to vehicles and/or objects left inside, in particular as a result of attempted thefts or thefts, acts of vandalism, fires, collisions, etc.

Visitors are liable for all damage and accidents that they cause intentionally or unintentionally (in particular through clumsiness, carelessness, negligence, etc.) in the visitor car parks. This liability extends to damage of any kind, whether physical, material or immaterial, which may be caused in the visitor car parks, including to France MINIATURE's buildings, installations, infrastructures and equipment. Visitors are required to declare any accidents or damage they have caused immediately to France MINIATURE staff. Where applicable, the Visitors concerned must draw up an accident declaration in the presence of the aforementioned members of staff.

ARTICLE 5. VISITOR ATTIRE

Visitors must wear proper clothing at all times. In particular, they must refrain from walking barefoot or bare-chested, and in general from undermining public order, decency or morality by their clothing or behaviour.

It is forbidden to wear any disguise in the France Miniature Park. As an exception, Visitors under the age of 12 may wear a disguise mask, provided that this mask allows them to have unobstructed peripheral vision at all times and allows Parc France Miniature staff to see their eyes completely. Special rules may apply for special events organised in the Parc France Miniature. They can be consulted on the media dedicated to these events.

France MINIATURE may refuse access to the Park to Visitors wearing clothing that is likely to get caught in the attraction (in particular a scarf, long skirt, cape, etc.).
